The North Bay Golf & Country Club is proud to have Junior Golf Memberships. Golf is a great sport that can be enjoyed by all ages. Our facility is family friendly and offers a variety of age specific tee markers as well as the best practice facilities in the area. The friendly PGA of Canada professional staff conducts several junior specific clinics and golf events throughout each golf season. Our Junior Membership categories and schedule of Junior events for the upcoming season are listed in this insert.

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES

JUNIOR FAMILY MEMBER

Boys and girls ages 10–18 (children of existing members)
Fee $400 includes HST
Use of full golf facilities (club storage & cleaning), complimentary driving range and clubhouse dining room.
Restricted Tee Times: 4:45 – 5:45 pm weekdays and 7:00 am – 3:00 pm weekends and holidays.

JUNIOR SPONSORED MEMBER

Boys and girls ages 10–18 (children of non-members sponsored by an existing member)
Fee $550 includes HST
Use of full golf facilities (club storage & cleaning), complimentary driving range and clubhouse dining room.

PRE-JUNIOR GOLF SCHOOL

Boys and girls ages 6–9
Fee $200 includes HST
Entitlement to 6-one hour clinics by PGA of Canada Professional
Access to the driving range after 6:00 pm
Access to golf course after 7:00 pm under parental supervision only

AWARDS

The following awards are presented annually to a Junior Boy or Girl member:

Morland Family Scholarship

Awarded annually to a Junior Boy or Girl of the North Bay Golf & Country Club. This scholarship will be presented on July 8th. All interested candidates must fill out an application form and submit an essay to the Morland Family Scholarship committee for review. Information pamphlet is available from the Pro Shop or the Office.

Mary and Ernie Levis Junior Award

This award is presented to the Junior Boy or Girl who displayed outstanding behaviour, deportment, sportsmanship and pride while enjoying their time at the North Bay Golf and Country Club. The recipient of this award is chosen by the PGA of Canada professional staff.

Tee Time Restrictions

4:45 – 5:45 pm, weekdays is reserved for adult members
7:00 am – 3:00 pm, weekends & holidays is reserved for adult members
